For machine calibrations, we work with XM60 from Renishaw, as well as, XR20, and XK10 to deliver precise and reliable calibration solutions.

The XM60 gives a big amount of data in one measurement that it is possible to save time and costs of operation by reducing the times of stopping the machine for calibration.

We know how to take the data obtained by the measurement and convert it into mechanical changes if they need to be made in the machine or electronic changes that need to be made on the machine with the help of the control systems we are working with.

All calibration equipment measures the temperature and humidity in the machine. At the end of the process you can get all the results according to the strictest standard.

We provide technological solutions for testing the parts during processing or afterwards. We use an instrument external to the machine in combination with the machine control without any linking component while making changes to the machine control according to the customer's needs. In addition, we can also make changes in the machine control and adjustment.

Lastly, we provide additional special macro programs that help the customer in the production process of the parts
